RAD Overview

About the RAD process

•The process starts with an introductory briefing session that does not form part of the assessment. You will be given information about the day and will have the opportunity to ask any questions. You will also be advised about domestics, refreshments and health and safety issues.

• If you have any questions during the assessment, please alert one of the coordinators on site. If there are any extraneous factors that may affect your performance, please inform staff on the day. 

•The whole assessment process including the initial greeting and de-briefing will last approximately five hours.
