Problem completing the online tests
Please ensure that the device and browser that you are using meet the requirements to take the online tests.
Requirements to take the tests
It is recommended that you take the test on either a PC or a tablet device.
We do not recommend taking the tests on a smartphone.
If you encounter an error, double check the following:
- The latest version of your browser is installed. We recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome.
- The latest version of Adobe Flash is installed.
Please do not user your browser's 'back' button at any point - this will result in your progress not saving and being 'kicked out' of the test.
