Purpose

Contribute to delivering end-to-end volume and rolling resourcing through dedicated campaigns.

Contribute to the governance, management and project evaluation to continuously improve the service.

Manage and lead recruitment campaigns to deliver resourcing solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Volume campaign monitoring including reviewing MI regularly to understand progression towards targets.
  • Liaising with supplier partnership team on RFCs for SSCL to provide services.
  • Liaising with resourcing communications and marketing and assessment team on campaign delivery/updates.
  • Liaising with Resourcing Account Managers to keep the business informed on progress.
  • Providing administrative services to local HRBP’s on resourcing for their establishments and query resolution
  • Manage data sources to ensure accurate reporting
  • Liaising with L&D on campaigns run through this function (i.e. POELT)

The job holder must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English or (when specified in Wales) Welsh.

This post is to be based at 102 Petty France London.  Under Smarter working there will be an expectation that the postholder will be required to work in 102 Petty France 1-2 days per week.

Working Arrangements & Further Information

Some of MoJ’s terms and conditions of service are changing as part of Civil Service reform. The changes will apply to staff joining MoJ who are new to the Civil Service. Staff joining MoJ from other civil service employers will transfer onto the new MoJ terms if they are already on 'modernised' terms in their current post or onto 'unmodernised' MoJ terms if they are on 'unmodernised' terms at their current post. Details will be available if an offer is made.
