Be in possession of or work towards in 6 months, a British Institute of Cleaning Service BICS Assessor Certificate associated with the BICSc scheme/schemes being delivered i.e. Cleaning Operators Proficiency certificate COPC/ Food Premises Cleaning Certificate FPCC. - 250 word limit
Be in possession of a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Cleaning Operators Proficiency certificate for each of cleaning tasks being delivered.
Be in possession of or work towards within 6 months of taking up post a BICSc train the trainer certificate
May be a qualified Assessor or be willing to work towards - 250 word limit

Redeployment Interview Scheme
