Be in possession of a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Cleaning Operators Proficiency certificate for each of cleaning tasks being delivered.
Be in possession of or work towards within 6 months of taking up post a BICSc train the trainer certificate
May be a qualified Assessor or be willing to work towards - 250 word limit

Redeployment Interview Scheme
